You may return your purchase for any reason within 10 days after receiving your merchandise for Full Refund Or Exchange Only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached. ALL SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

SexyLingeWear (SLW) is not responsible for misuse, mishandling or any other actions or inactions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS etc).

All returns must be pre-authorized by SexyLingeWear (SLW) by e-mailing a Return Request to: returns@sexylingewear.com all unauthorized returns shipped to SexyLingeWear (SLW) will incur a 10% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please be advised that SexyLingeWear (SLW) does NOT guarantee delivery on or before any specific date and thus if you are planning to order an item for the holiday season, please e-mail our customer service center at: E-mail: sales@sexylingewear.com and inquire as to the in stock/ back order status of a particular item.

Overnight orders of backordered items are sent overnight once the item is received by our warehouse.

Please e-mail your Return Requests to: returns@sexylingewear.com. Once we receive your request, we will e-mail you a return authorization number. All returns authorized by SexyLingeWear (SLW) are subject to inspection to insure that the item is unworn and unused with the tags still attached.

If the product returned is being exchanged for a different size or color, SexyLingeWear (SLW) will provide for the shipping cost of the new item. One time shipping only.
